Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our Team. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals and contribute to the company's success
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliation with courier partners
- Track and follow up on receivables from courier partners to ensure timely collections
- Process and manage merchant payouts with high accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and account statements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth financial operations
- Prepare MIS reports and share insights with management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software.
