Position- Accounts Executive
Location: Jajmau, Kanpur
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily accounting entries and data entry
- Maintaining invoices, vouchers, receipts & payment records
- Managing Excel sheets and accounts-related reports
- Handling cash, bank and ledger entries
- Managing accounts payable & receivable
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintaining financial documents and records
- Supporting the Accounts Team with day-to-day accounting activities
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION :
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• MS Excel is MUST
• Strong data entry skills with good typing accuracy
• Knowledge of Tally/ Accounting Software
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing & reconciliation
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification preferred
