Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at The Chennai Tuition, located in Virudhunagar. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining existing student accounts, assisting in enrollment processes, and providing timely support to parents and guardians. They will also coordinate with educators and administrative staff to ensure a smooth educational experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer relationship management and client interactions
- Proficiency in administrative tools, organization, and multitasking
- Basic understanding of education systems such as IGCSE, IBDP, AP & SAT is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the education sector
