Accounts Executive - Role Description
The BigMarket Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail accounting, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage daily cash handling and cash reconciliation.
- Process bank cheque deposits and maintain related records.
- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Maintain daily sales and purchase records.
- Verify cash, billing, and payment transactions.
- Support GST documentation and accounting compliance.
- Ensure accuracy of cash and stock records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supermarket accounting or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
