Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Bhopal. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and preparing detailed service proposals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating closely with client teams to meet their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will also contribute to achieving the company’s sales objectives and provide timely progress reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and business development
- Proficient in sales strategy, proposal preparation, and negotiation
- Solid understanding of market analysis and telecom solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software applications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the telecom industry is an added advantage
