Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound account recovery requests across supported channels.
- Assist users with account access restoration and guide through recovery workflows.
- Execute domain ownership verification processes.
- Collect and validate recovery information as per SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
- Handle sensitive customer scenarios professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace account recovery.
- Knowledge of authentication and access management workflows.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Handling of work assigned in Project, Working in Agile methodology, working with Customer directly, working with deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
1–5 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in an enterprise environment.
EP NUMBER MANDATORYPLEASE CARRY 2 PASSPORT SIZE.
