About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organisation's financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Required Qualifications
• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter (dropout), Semi-qualified CA, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accounting efficiency.
• Verify statutory returns and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
