Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Thimmapur. The Account Executive will manage customer accounts, track orders, and ensure timely coordination between clients, production, and logistics teams. The role involves preparing and maintaining sales records, invoicing, and follow-up on payments in line with company policies. The Account Executive will handle client queries, support relationship management with key customers and partners, and assist in resolving issues related to deliveries, documentation, and service quality. The position also includes working with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, support reporting for management, and contribute to process improvements in account handling.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in account management, customer service, and relationship building with business clients.
- Proficiency in basic sales operations, order processing, and documentation, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, ERP or billing systems, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thimmapur and collaborate closely with production and logistics teams.
