Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market analysis, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Support.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation Strategies.
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to handle market analysis and competitive research effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
