Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in New Delhi. The Account Executive will focus on managing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with the company’s product offerings and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Presentation
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with proficiency in collaboration
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical supplies sector is a plus
- Understanding and proficiency in CRM software or similar sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
