Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Account Executive. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and bids, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Account Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and support the successful completion of infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in preparing proposals, bids, and handling sales processes
- Understanding of infrastructure project management and relevant industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience in the infrastructure or utilities sector is a plus
