Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate and South Units, identifying and securing business opportunities, generating and managing sales leads, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves preparing detailed proposals, handling negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and business development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality or service industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
