Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our on-site team in Jaipur. The Account Executive will play a critical role in supporting client businesses by managing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions, preparing reports, and communicating with clients. The position also requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring finance compliance on behalf of clients. This is a client-facing role that demands high levels of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Expertise in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Knowledge of finance compliance and audit preparation processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts management, or financial reporting is preferred
