We are hiring for Finance & Accounts Position at
Organization: Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co. Ltd. (STEC)
Industry: - Construction
Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant / Deputy Manager
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Salary:-As per the experience
Role & Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting for expenses, including RO and subcontract work
Updating bank balances and reporting to HQ
Preparation of monthly cash flow budget
Vendor payments as per approved cash flow budget
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Verification of liabilities and preparation of liability sheet for approval
GSTR-1: Preparation and filing of outward supply (sales) details
GSTR-3B: Summary return filing and reconciliation with GSTR-2B and input ledger
Salary tax computation for local staff
TDS deposit (salary and non-salary)
Full & Final (F&F) settlement of employees
Provident Fund (PF) deposit
Banking Related works
Data preparation and submission for HQ accounting
Submission of EUC (Foreign Currency Exposure) certificate to bank
Statutory audit of books of accounts
