Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Siliguri. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, driving sales efforts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery. The role also involves engaging with homestay owners and small hotel operators to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions aligned with SAY Rooms’ goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Interaction skills for building and fostering long-term partnerships
- Proven Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills to identify opportunities and close deals
- Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Basic knowledge or experience in Hospitality and Travel Industry operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Willingness to travel locally and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
