🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our financial operations. The role involves managing accounting records, handling transactions, ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and assisting in financial reporting and audits.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
💼 Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Track receivables and follow up on pending dues
🏦 Banking & Reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain transaction records and expense tracking
📊 Compliance & Taxation
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare data for tax filings and audits
📈 Financial Reporting
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Prepare MIS and management reports
• Analyze financial data for insights
📂 Audit & Documentation
• Coordinate with auditors
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation
🤝 Coordination & Process Improvement
• Work with internal teams for issue resolution
• Support budgeting and financial planning
✅ Required Qualifications:
• B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Experience with Tally / Zoho / SAP or similar
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
⭐ Key Skills:
• Strong analytical & numerical ability
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
🎯 Preferred:
• Semi-qualified CA / CMA / ACCA
• Experience in engineering or consulting industry
