Role Description
S.K. Chadha & Associates is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Executive for its Gurugram office. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, GST compliance, and taxation within a CA firm environment.
The selected candidate will work closely with the firm's team on day-to-day accounting, GST filings, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks
- Recording day-to-day accounting entries and preparing financial data
- Preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliance work
- Assisting in income tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Supporting audit and advisory assignments
- Coordinating with clients for documents, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com (Hons.) / B.Com / equivalent commerce degree
- Fresher or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in accounting or taxation
- Good working knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Familiarity with Zoho Books and QuickBooks will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a team environment

- Candidates looking to grow in the field of accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Prior internship or work experience in a CA firm will be preferred
- Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setup
