Accountant Responsibilities:
- Knowledge about Export and Import.
- Maintaining Computerized Books of Accounts and entering various accounting transactions in Tally.
- Experienced with financial transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal Vouchers, Accounting of the Vouchers in Tally,
- Monthly GST returns, Sales tax, Professional tax.
- Making Purchase entries and Sales entries
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements
- Preparation of Sales Tax (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
- Preparation of Professional tax Returns (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
- Preparation of Form 16 and Form 16A
- Verification of payments to vendors with Purchase Order, Goods received note and Invoice.
- Preparation of Commercial Invoice, E-bill, Export documentation.
- Bank Remittance.
- Forex
- Mange the FIRC
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
· More education or experience may be preferred.
· Special licenses or certification may be required.
· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
· Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
· Ethical behavior.
· Should Know Zoho Sheet
· Attention to detail.
