Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive based in Gandhinagar. The Account Executive will handle client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, preparing reports, identifying new business opportunities, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and the ability to ensure a positive customer experience
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales metrics .
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Bcom,Mcom
- Experience in a similar role within relevant industries is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally software is Must.
