Recro is looking for a smart, energetic Sales Operations Executive to join our Startup Business Unit in Bangalore.
In this role, you won’t just be doing paperwork—you will be the operational backbone of our team. While our Account Managers focus on growing the business, you will manage the "behind-the-scenes" engine that keeps our clients happy and our recruitment process moving at lightning speed.
What You Will Do
- The Coordinator: You will manage the entire interview lifecycle—scheduling calls, booking slots, sharing feedback, and handling last-minute reschedules.
- The Data Expert: You will keep our internal systems and client platforms (ATS/CRM) up to date. You’ll ensure that every candidate's status is tracked accurately.
- The Reporter: You will use tools to create weekly and monthly reports. You’ll look at the numbers to see where we can improve and share those ideas with the team.
- The Client Contact: You will be the point of contact for all "logistics" emails and chats with our clients, ensuring they get the info they need exactly when they need it.
- The Problem Solver: Since we work with fast-growing startups, things change quickly. You’ll need to think on your feet to fix scheduling conflicts and keep things on track.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are welcome!).
- Skills: You must be very comfortable with MS Excel and have a knack for organizing data.
- Mindset: We need someone "street smart"—you are proactive, you learn quickly, and you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- The "Hustle": Even as a fresher, we want your ideas! You should be someone who looks at a process and asks, "Can we make this faster or better?"
