The Role
We are hiring SMB & Mid-Market Account Executives across India to accelerate RDash's growth in the sub-enterprise segment.
This is a quota-carrying, high-velocity closing role built for professionals who thrive in shorter sales cycles, can manage a large active pipeline, and know how to drive urgency with mid-sized buyers. You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close — typically within a 2–6 week cycle.
You will be engaging Operations Heads, Project Directors, Business Owners, and PMO leads at construction contractors, real estate developers, interior fit-out firms, and infrastructure companies — and positioning RDash as the platform that replaces their spreadsheets and WhatsApp chaos with real-time project control.
You will be supported by an active inbound engine, SDR team, and marketing-driven lead generation — but you are expected to build pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and referral networks as well.
What You Will Own
- High-velocity SMB and mid-market sales cycles — from first demo to signed contract, typically in 2–6 weeks
- Pipeline development through outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing-sourced inbound leads
- Product demonstrations and consultative discovery with operations and business decision-makers
- Commercial negotiation and deal closure at ACVs of ₹5–50 Lakh
- Consistent pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline — you own your forecast
- Market feedback from the field to inform product and GTM decisions
Who Should Apply
Must Have
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota overachievement
- Proven ability to run high-velocity sales cycles — managing 20–40 active deals simultaneously
- Experience closing software deals of ₹5–50 Lakh ACV with Indian SMB and mid-market buyers
- Comfort engaging Business Owners, Operations Heads, and Project Directors in consultative conversations
- Self-starter with strong outbound instincts — you don't wait for leads to come to you
- Full-cycle ownership — you prospect, demo, negotiate, and close independently
Great to Have
- Prior exposure to construction, real estate, interior fit-out, or infrastructure industries
- Experience at a vertical SaaS or construction tech company
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks
Ideal Prior Backgrounds
- Construction Tech / PropTech / Infra SaaS (Powerplay, Procore, Autodesk, Wrench, BuildSupply)
- Vertical SaaS targeting field-operations or asset-heavy industries
- ERP or workflow software selling to SMBs and mid-market companies
- High-growth B2B SaaS with strong outbound and volume-based sales motion
What This Role Is Not
- This is not an SDR or lead generation role — you are expected to close deals, not just book meetings
- This is not a relationship management or farming role — you are hunting and closing new logos
- This is not remote — all positions are in-office, Gurgaon
- This is not for someone whose experience is primarily in channel, affiliate, or inbound-only sales
