Role Description

🧾 Job Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c
Working knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, RCM, ITC reconciliation)
Managing TDS (returns, deductions under sections like 194C, 194J, etc.)
Maintaining purchase, sales, and journal vouchers
Bank reconciliation (BRS) and cash flow tracking
Managing inventory & stock accounting (important for manufacturing)
Vendor & customer ledger reconciliation
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
Commerce Graduate (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing company
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel
Good understanding of Balance Sheet, GST & TDS
Basic knowledge of costing & inventory control
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
🎓 Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) – Preferred
- Additional certifications like CA Inter / CMA Inter / GST Certification – Advantage
✔️ Skills (Optional to add under qualification section):
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial statements
- Experience in manufacturing accounting & inventory
