Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a sound understanding of GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, payment records, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash transactions
- Maintain purchase, expense, and vendor account records systematically
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes
- Generate MIS reports, financial summaries, and data reports using MS Excel and Tally
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding accounting matters
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management of financial data
- Support audit, taxation, and year-end financial activities
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist in account follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture, seed, fertilizer, manufacturing, or trading industry
- Ability to handle accounting responsibilities independently
- Familiarity with inventory and office administration coordination
