Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Rajkot. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of domestic and international clients in the water and beverage project segment, building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating demonstrations or presentations of solutions. The role involves working closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely quotations, and successful project handovers. The Account Executive will track sales pipelines, maintain CRM records, support contract negotiations, follow up on payments, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship development, ideally in industrial machinery, water treatment, or related engineering solutions.
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and present solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Capability to coordinate with internal technical teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a background in mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering is an advantage.
- Comfort with frequent client visits, plant visits, and on-site meetings in and around Rajkot and other regions as required.
- Familiarity with export processes, international clients, and industrial project lifecycles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales tools; ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
