Job Title: Account Executive – Client Servicing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive – Client Servicing to support the management of client accounts across mainline and digital platforms. The candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Understand client briefs and share clear, actionable inputs with creative and digital teams
- Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Track project progress and maintain status reports
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
- Support in campaign performance tracking and reporting (especially digital metrics)
- Ensure quality control before final delivery to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing firm
- Exposure to both mainline (print, TV, radio) and digital platforms (social media, performance marketing, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, impressions, engagement, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a proactive approach
