Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Accounts Executive. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, handling sales and purchase tracking, accounts receivable and payable, tax compliance, ledger maintenance, audit support, and other accounts and activities, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com) or other related fields
- Professional certifications such as CA (Inter)/CA, CPA, or similar will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business and financial operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance
- Experience in sales and purchase tracking and recording
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Understanding of tax compliance (GST, TDS) and other statutory requirements
- Experience in Vendor ledger & bank reconciliation.
- Ability to support audits and maintain proper financial documentation
- E-commerce industry experience is a plus
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax filings
- Regular/Monthly Stock taking
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal financial controls
