Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Mengio. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies that align with company objectives. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, conducting presentations, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends to guide business decisions and actively contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability in sales strategies and lead generation
- Effective organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and industry data
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in the pest control or service industry is an advantage but not mandatory
