WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Industry: Transport & Logistics / Pharmaceutical & Cold Chain Logistics
📍 Location: Rajpura, Punjab
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and handle customer inquiries
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams
- Track shipments and provide timely client updates
- Prepare quotations and maintain client records
- Support billing, invoicing and documentation
- Prepare reports and monitor service performance
- Resolve client issues and ensure service quality
- Support business development and client retention
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field preferred
- Experience in client coordination, account management or logistics operations
- Transport, pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics experience preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Tally and billing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts
- Willing to work on-site in Rajpura, Punjab
