About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and full-cycle ownership (discovery to closure).
Candidates with only lead generation experience or non-SaaS backgrounds may not be considered.
This is a revenue-driven role where you will own the complete sales cycle and drive predictable business growth across global markets.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing and GTM to convert high-intent prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
๐น End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery โ demo โ proposal โ negotiation โ closure
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue
- Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
๐น Consultative Selling & Discovery
- Conduct structured discovery to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
- Build strong value propositions aligned to business outcomes
- Navigate multi-stakeholder B2B buying cycles
๐น Product Demonstration & Value Selling
- Deliver tailored product demos based on industry/use case
- Clearly articulate ROI and business impact
- Handle objections with confidence
๐น Deal Execution & Negotiation
- Structure proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Lead negotiations while maintaining deal value
- Work with internal stakeholders on complex deals
๐น Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Track conversion metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure strong sales process discipline
๐น Customer Handoff & Growth
- Ensure smooth transition to onboarding/customer success
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
What Weโre Looking For
- 3โ6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling & discovery skills
- Experience handling multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable with both hunting (outbound) and closing
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Data-driven mindset for pipeline and forecasting
- High ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Tech & Tools
Sales Tools:
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools)
Core Skills:
