Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Rohtak, with opportunities for remote work on occasion. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, presenting solutions to prospects, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including business development, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and tools, such as CRM platforms and analytics software.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to work well in both on-site and remote environments.
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in technology or a fast-paced, innovative industry is a strong advantage.
