Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive / Accounts Executive to support key finance operations including reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable management, GST and TDS compliance, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reconciliation
- Perform ledger, revenue, and store-level reconciliations across multiple revenue streams.
- Investigate discrepancies between system data, bank statements, and accounting records.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions.
Accounts Payable Management
- Review and verify vendor invoices, agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile receivable accounts with internal records and partner statements.
GST Compliance
- Review invoices for correct GST treatment and tax calculations.
- Assist in preparation of GST workings and reconciliation with books of accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve GST mismatches.
TDS Compliance
- Ensure accurate deduction and accounting of TDS as per Income Tax provisions.
- Maintain supporting documentation and assist in TDS reconciliation and return filing.
Billing & Documentation
- Generate and manage revenue invoices including service fees and partner charges.
- Maintain accurate financial records for audit and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation (GST & TDS)
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP systems)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, reconciliation, payables, GST, and TDS compliance.
