Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing sales strategies, creating presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs. Regular reporting, market analysis, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Handling
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Solid understanding of Presentation Creation, Reporting, and Documentation
- Effective written and verbal Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
- Experience with Team Collaboration and Coordination
- Proven ability to meet sales targets with results-oriented focus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG sector, is an advantage
