Role Description
- Accuracy in Bookkeeping: Ensuring all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining the general ledger, including posting journal entries and ensuring up-to-date account balances.
- Documentation Security: Ensuring all financial documents (invoices, vouchers, bank statements) are filed securely and are easily retrievable
- Receivables Management: Ensuring timely invoicing, regular follow-ups, and collection of payments from customers.
- Payables Management: Managing supplier invoices, verifying Purchase Orders (POs), and ensuring payments are made within stipulated deadlines.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts on a regular (monthly) basis
- Tax Compliance: Calculating, preparing, and filing various tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS, Corporate Tax) accurately and on time.
- Statutory Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
Qualifications
Total Experience - 1-7 Year
Salary - 18000-25000 P.M.
