Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in the Mohali district. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and leveraging business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, identifying their needs, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales and client management, with an ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in business development and identifying market opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-team communication effectively
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in the food or baking industry would be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
