Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Jaipur. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, assisting clients in understanding product offerings, and meeting sales targets. The role requires frequent coordination with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach
- Previous experience in sales or client-servicing roles is an advantage
