We're Hiring: Accounts Executive – Billing, Invoicing & Collections
📍 Faridabad | Full-Time | Energy & Infrastructure Sector
Meenaar Global Consultants LLP (MGCLLP) is looking for a seasoned Accounts professional to independently own the billing-to-cash cycle for our growing organization in the energy sector.
What we need:
🔹 3–4years of hands-on experience in Invoicing, Billing & Collections
🔹 Strong command of Tally ERP/Prime, GST & TDS provisions
🔹 Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
🔹 Proven ability to independently drive collections and reduce DSO
What you'll own:
✅ End-to-end invoicing & E-invoicing compliance
✅ Collections strategy — from follow-ups to chronic defaulter escalation
✅ Ledger & bank reconciliations (BRS)
✅ GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) & ITC reconciliation
✅ AR ageing, DSO & billing performance reporting to management
