Role Description
Finance Sourcing & Documentation: Manage end-to-end documentation required for initial loan sanctions and ensure strict adherence to post-disbursement compliance.
Loan Tracking & ERP Management: Maintain accurate loan, interest, and repayment schedules; track sweep accounts based on sanction terms and share timely inputs with the ERP system for processing payments.
Cash Flow Management: Assist in the preparation, tracking, and analysis of actual versus projected cash flows on a monthly and annual basis.
Banking & NBFC Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for banks and NBFCs to coordinate sanction compliances, timely renewals, reconciliation statements, and financial covenants.
Taxation & GST Compliance: Handle the preparation and submission of data and documentation required for GST assessments and responses to official notices.
RERA Compliance & Escrow Management: Oversee RERA-related filings, including preparing and submitting quarterly returns and drafting certificates necessary for interim fund withdrawals from escrow accounts.
Financial MIS & Project Analysis: Develop detailed, project-wise financial analyses covering sales pricing, profitability, and cost structures to generate MIS reports for VP and CA review.
Accounts Finalization: Manage the reconciliation of lender repayments and prepare provisional financial statements specifically tailored for bankers and lenders.
- Ongoing Compliance Support: Continuously track, monitor, and document lender covenants to ensure the organization remains in full compliance with all financial agreements.
Qualification
B.Com/M.com/CA inter or any commerce graduate with experience in RERA Compliance
