Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Account Executive for our on-site location in Paddhari. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting for the organization.
Salary : Upto 420,000/-
Key Responsibilities
A. Accounting Operations
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally / ERP).
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts and journals.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
B. Payables & Receivables Management
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and customer collections.
- Maintain aging reports for debtors and creditors.
C. GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation for tax invoices and e-way bills.
- Assist in compliance with TDS and other statutory deductions.
D. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support preparation of profit & loss statement and balance sheet.
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking.
E. Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist internal and statutory auditors during audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of GST and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Excel
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
- B.Com or higher
- 4 years or more experience in accounting or finance role.
