Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1-3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting activities.
Prerequisite:
1. KYC Documents
2. 2 reference checks (1 personal 1 Professional)
3. A Background check for verification of all details given in KYC and CV.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and student-related transactions
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations (Gpay, PhonePay, etc.)
• Track course fees, subscriptions, refunds, and revenue recognition
• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances; ensure timely filing of returns
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost centers across departments
• Support automation and process improvements in accounting systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance/ MBA (Finance)
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in EdTech, IT, or service-based companies)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and payment gateways
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Experience in GST, TDS, and other local taxation
• Exposure to audits and financial compliance
