Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Jaipur, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing detailed proposals, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback to improve strategies, and maintaining accurate account records.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship building, and customer service experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales strategy development, business development, and target achievement skills
- Market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the design, home décor, or artisan products industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
