🚀 We're Hiring: Internal Finance Executive / Senior Executive | Gurugram (On-Site)
Are you a finance professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are expanding our Internal Finance team and are looking for talented professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing organization.
📍 Location: Enkay Square, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
📅 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ACCA / CPA (Qualified, Semi-Qualified, or Pursuing)
💰 Compensation: Best in Industry
What You'll Do
✅ Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
✅ Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows
✅ Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
✅ Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports
✅ Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
✅ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
✅ Coordinate with auditors and maintain financial records and documentation
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
What We're Looking For
✔️ 2+ years of experience in Internal Finance, Accounting, or Financial Reporting
✔️ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
✔️ Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
