Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team at our Karjan location. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with customers. Additionally, the role will involve account management, negotiation with clients, preparing and following up on sales proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. This is an on-site position requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, business development, and lead generation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare and manage sales proposals and contracts effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with manufacturing, fabrication, or steel-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales management software is beneficial
