We’re Hiring | Finance & Accounts Officer
Humara Bachpan Trust (HBT) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance & Accounts Officer. If you are committed to working in the development sector and have strong financial management skills, we would love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts using Tally ERP
• Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and fund utilization statements
• Ensure compliance with audits, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
• Handle procurement, vendor management, and administrative processes
• Support field-level accounting and audit documentation
🔹 Eligibility:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (NGO experience preferred)
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory)
