Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving customer relationships, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets. Other core duties include preparing proposals, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Regular client interactions, presentations, and market analysis will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and managing sales pipelines
• Understanding of HVAC products and technologies, with proven ability to recommend tailored solutions
• Analytical skills with experience in identifying growth opportunities and conducting market research
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
