Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time on-site role, where the successful candidate will assist in managing daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions, assisting in budget preparation, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and data
- Ability to analyze financial information and assist in budget planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance processes is a plus
