Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Chennai. The Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the primary point of contact for accounts, and identify client needs. Daily responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering tailored solutions. The role demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Account Servicing, and Customer-focused Communication
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Sales Strategies, and Business Development
- Analytical skills for Market Research, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Planning
- Experience with CRM tools and relevant sales software
- Effective time management, collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior sales or account management experience is preferred
- Familiarity with the technology or electronics industry is advantageous
