Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Account Executive at Golf Island Residences, located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Account Executive will engage in day-to-day responsibilities such as managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, overseeing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed client reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in client reporting and data analysis
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Understanding of the real estate or luxury living sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
