About the Role:

Fox India Voyages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and good communication skills. You will assist in handling daily accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records

• Record daily transactions with proper documentation

• Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment tracking

• Support accounts payable & receivable processes

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification

• Help prepare basic financial reports and MIS

• Maintain organized documentation and filing

• Coordinate with teams for payment follow-ups

• Assist during audits and financial reviews

• Ensure compliance with accounting practices and company policies

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts

• Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting software (Tally preferred)

• Good communication skills

• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset

• Eagerness to learn and grow in finance & accounting
