Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage GST compliance and oversee day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST regulations and hands-on experience with accounting software.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure in migrating accounting systems from Tally to Zoho ERP, while working closely with the Finance Head and Founders. The candidate will play a key role in streamlining financial processes, improving system efficiency, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Perform GST reconciliation
- Migrate Books of Accounts from Tally to ZOHO
- Maintain books of accounts in ZOHO ERP
- Record sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Assist in financial reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Knowledge of GST laws and compliance
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
Probation & Employment Terms
- 2-month probation period
- Performance-based evaluation
- Full-time role offered upon successful completion
Compensation
- During probation: Depends on experience and interview
- Full-time: As per industry practice
