Role Description
- Ensuring on time processing of Invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes and payments.
- Carrying out 3-way match reconciliation.
- Vendor ageing analysis and reasons thereof
- Streamlining complete processing of invoices and resolving issues/ escalations on timely manner to foster vendor relationships
- Carrying out periodic vendor reconciliation and ensuring all the sign off are accurate and correction entries are closed
- Helping and coordinating with cross functional team on various processes
- Knowledge of TDS and GST is required
- Fixed asset accounting & Invoices processing
- Vendor Reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS of Asset Data and verification of Assets as per Asset Sheet.
